juisala is an organic juice and salad bar located in the Wallingford neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. juisala was founded in 2020 by Jay Jeffries and we have established ourselves as a local organic juice and salad bar. Every dish and drink from juisala is made from fresh 100% organic ingredients grown on local farms.
Fresh
We make all of our products with fresh ingredients everyday. We use a hydraulic cold press to extract juice from a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. This method keeps more vitamins and minerals in the juice, resulting in a healthier you!
Small Batch
Great taste is the name of the game, and we are committed to stepping up to the plate. To get the fresh flavor, we are known for "your juice and salad are made daily to order!"
All Organic, All The Time and Local whenever possible
We refuse to compromise on quality at our juice/salad bar. That's why we source our fresh ALL organic ingredients from local farmers and/or grow our own when possible.
Sustainable
We care about the environment and community. We have chosen to use returnable, reusable, and recyclable or compostable containers to reduce waste and pollution from plastics, pesticides, and non local ingredient transportation.
